Adept Consulting will begin the design process upon receiving a signed copy of the terms of agreement contract. This contract will list what service Adept Consulting will perform for the client (whether this service is design,custom built PC, networks). After the Terms of Agreement contract is signed, a deposit must be made(25% of the cost determined on the contract signed). If the client requires designing, Adept Consulting will have initial designs sent by email to the client within 5 business days after the order has been confirmed. After the client has confirmed which design they wish to use, most final designs will take anywhere from 5 to 15 business days. The timeframe will be set an agreed upon on the Terms of Agreement contract. Then there will be the revision stage, if required. Each design can have up to an agreed upon number revisions, after that the client will be required to sign an amendment to the agreed terms of agreement contract. These revisions will be submitted back to the client within 3 to 7 days. Adept Consulting will send the design in whichever format the client needs (unless this is a web site construction). Web Site development will take 15 business days to complete after the revision stage. However, if the development involves an E-Commerce Site, up to 30 to 45 days may be required. In this case, a time table will be set in the Terms of Agreement Contract. Once agreed by both parties that the design and implementation (if required) is finished, the remaining cost will be required. If changes need to be made after this process is completed, further fees and amendments to the contract may apply.

Regarding Trademarks: Adept Consulting is not and will not be held accountable or responsible for any legal action that may result from the availability of a company name or image. The client is fully responsible for researching their company to ensure it is not already in use or copyrighted by another company or person.

Ownership/Copyrights: Ownership (copyrights) of the final designs become the property of the client, having unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free use of the image upon payment listed on the Terms of Agreement contract. Adept Consulting retains the rights to display the artwork in the portfolio website and in advertising materials. All concepts and preliminary materials, which are not chosen by the client or are not included into the final delivery as agreed upon in the Terms of Agreement Contract, will remain property of Adept Consulting unless stated otherwise.
